Lentil, kale and sausage soup
These were both fantastic! Both recipes were so easy (the chops, incredibly so) and delicious!

A friend brought us back some hot pepper jelly from the East coast recently. We elected to use this instead of apple jelly as it is pretty sweet but in a savoury way (???make sense???). True to what we thought, this added just a mild tang in place of being overly sweet, we liked how it turned out.
There you have it, another successful bout of cooking and other than being completely full, I'm not worn out... I like when recipes take it easy on me!
Can you tell that I'm totally lovin' the Chatelaine?? :) I swear you should try it!
